Our Leadership Philosophy

  1. Our leadership structure is based largely on the leadership structure of the earliest churches nearly two thousand years ago.  Our church is autonomously directed, shepherded by a group of elders chosen by the church.  These elders, with the consent of the church, appoint deacons and the church staff.
